The HiLevel Performance Breathing

Over the years, I’ve had clients comment that they had really benefitted from our work with performance breathing. Often they would finish with some form of “but I wish I could remember to use the breathing on a more consistent basis.” 

Hunter Pflueger used his “HiLevel Performance Breathing” to help him recover from the extreme effort needed to finish fourth prone stock overall in his first Molokai 2 Oahu solo.

To help you be more consistent in using performance breathing I’m pleased to announce that I have posted six videos here on my website that cover the performance breathing process:

  • Be Aware 
  • Prepare 
  • Execute.

This is just the beginning of our efforts to share HiLevel with a larger audience!
